Where we are
You can find us from June to September at our 3 bases around the island:
Giunco beach: Beach with shallow water up to 200 m from the coast, emerald green in colour, our operational base for children’s camps.
La Bobba beach: a beach sheltered from the mistral with crystal-clear water and just a few metres from Carloforte’s iconic cliffs “Le Colonne”, easily accessible by SUP from our base.
La Caletta beach: a wonderful cove in the south-west of the island, the only one where you can watch the sunset.
SUP ADVENTURES is a Stand Up Paddle and Surf school located on the Island of San Pietro.
It was born in 2014 from an idea we had after a trip to Brazil on the island of Florianopolis. There, in fact, Stand up Paddle was widely practised on the island’s inland lagoons and we thought that practising it on the Island of San Pietro would be a wonderful experience.
This small island in the south west of Sardinia is the perfect place for SUP and Surfing. It always has a sheltered coastline and guarantees the possibility of practising Stand Up Paddle every day and at the same time has waves 200 days a year for Surfing.
The feeling of standing on the sea was and still is unique and exclusive, like walking on the crystal-clear waters of San Pietro for a privileged few!
And so with 6 boards that summer we began our adventure, which we still carry on today with great enjoyment!
