The house is located in the historic centre, on two levels, with two bathrooms with showers (one on each floor), equipped with air conditioning, double-glazed windows for acoustic and thermal insulation, flat-screen TV, washing machine, kitchen with hob, oven and refrigerator. Large bedroom on the second floor, with private bathroom. There is ample public parking near the structure. Strategic position for visiting Carloforte and its beaches. The house overlooks one of the main streets of the historic centre, a stone’s throw from Via XX Settembre, one minute from the Mamma Mahon quay and Piazza Repubblica (known as ‘Baruffi’). Nearby there are numerous shops for shopping (clothing, Sardinian and local handicrafts), pizzerias and restaurants where one can taste the typical Carloforte cuisine. The flat is 1 km from the Dietro ai Forni beach, 2.5 km from the Giunco and Girin beaches, 6 km from the Bobba beach and 7 km from the Caletta beach. All the beaches can also be reached by bus (the bus stop is 150 metres from the house).
