The ancient tradition and millenary culture of tuna in a corner of paradise in Sulcis Iglesiente, in Carloforte, Sardinia. Four days of culture, arts, food and wine, music, and entertainment.
TUNA COMPETITION
A spectacular international gastronomic competition between chefs from six countries. A technical and a popular jury will decide the winning dishes.
LIVE COOKING
Renowned chefs prepare live, comment and let the public taste their original tuna-based creations. Taste and show, a perfect combination.
TUNA VILLAGE
Lots of delicious recipes from Carloforte to be enjoyed on the Mamma Mahon quay. Every day from 12 noon to 3 pm and 7 to 10 pm.
LIVE SHOW
Great artists will take turns on the Girotonno stage with free concerts and shows.
